Colour Analysis Explained

The Wella Master Colour Expert, the hair colourist, and the Wella Master Colour Congress. I was the guest speaker at the annual Wella Master Colour Congress in Manchester and again in London the following day. The summer before that I trained the Wella Master Colour senior trainers in the latest colour analysis techniques and we worked on how to adapt them for use in hair salons and by hair colourists.

For some time now I’ve been searching for hair salons near me that deliver a great cut, a brilliant colour and a wonderful experience. Now why is that so difficult? Why do hair salons have to play nasty loud irritating noise that masquerades as pop music or, worse, the local radio station?

Cutting other people’s hair taught me loads about the different types and textures of hair but I didn’t learn about hair colour. So when I returned to the UK and became an image consultant, hair colour became my biggest problem. The whole subject was a real dark art. My hair colour experience began in Israel.
